That oh-eh-oh-eh run before the chorus is doing a lot of work in Latin pop right now, half the singles from the last few years have some version of it, so on its own it is not enough to pin the track down. The gym detail is the better lead. Most gyms run one licensed playlist on a loop, and the front desk can usually tell you which service they use, or the chain has a public Spotify profile with the exact list sitting on it. Otherwise keep Shazam open next session, if you hear it that often you will catch it inside a week. Two things that would help us narrow it here: is the beat reggaeton, or closer to pop or bachata? And in the chorus, does she answer his lines, or are they singing the same words together?
